I know folk will be praying about your situation.
I'd say the Holy Spirit is all the therapist you need from what Ive seen of "Christian" therapy. They did my family much more damage than I can easily summarize. A 'professional' group in Orange County California among them.
If this woman was also a virgin, I discourage you from breaking the relationship. Otherwise, I suppose I might agree with doing so.
Can you tell us why you think it is destructive?
